Being a pharmacist I have been asked about benefits of vitamin C so many times that I probably should have recorded my answers and replayed them over and over.

Would vitamin C be good for Crohn’s disease, IBS, ulcerative colitis, Celiac disease or other chronic diseases? Many patients are concerned that vitamin C could be irritating to the gastro intestinal lining and cause upset stomach. Many patients are concerned that vitamin C could worsen their acid reflux disease. Is that so?
