Hello Kanhaiya Lal Tanwar,

Thank you for this question.

There are many reasons why many people have piles now.

One of the most common one is sedentary lifestyle. As a matter of fact after I write this I would get up for a walk :))

Piles are often caused by different activities that put pressure on the blood vessels around the anus.

The activities can be heavy lifting, straining during bathroom time.

Sometimes piles are caused by lack of exercise.

Piles can be caused by hormonal changes during pregnancy make the blood vessels swell up.

It's common to get piles when your diet lacking fiber which contributes to irregular bowel movements and constipation.

Constipation is an extremely common cause of piles.

It's important to heal the whole digestive system because having piles is just a signal that something is wrong and that your body's is in some kind of gastrointestinal distress.

You need to fix what is underneath to stay healthy.

You can start with probiotics, Omega 3 oils and multi-vitamins. You may want to consider calling my office for wellness consultation. We will get to the root cause of your problem.

Best, Inna
