My Crohn's Cure!

Yes, that's right...Cure!
Diagnosed over 6 years ago. My GI doc is amazed that I use none of his prescribed meds, only natural, alternative modalities. You can take this to heart; my daily routine is as follows:
1) a.m. Celery/Carrot juice made w/my Juicer
2) Ionized Water w/fresh lemon
3) Kombucha Ginger Tea
4) Stress elimination
5) RAW, ORGANIC VEGS/FRUITS predominantly
6) BRAGG APPLE CIDER VINEGAR 1 a.m. tsp.
7) NOTHING FRIED, NO FAST-FOOD AND/OR RARE OCCASIONS
OF EATING OUT, NO REFINED SUGAR
8) Gluten-Free Foods predominantly!
9) Bioflavonoids (an Apple a day...)

I am always uncomfortable when people throw Crohn’s cure as “one fits all” recipe.
As all of you know I recommend holistic approach to Crohn's disease as well.
I also think it's great to eat organic, lots of raw organic.
Apple cider vinegar works but not for all Crohn's patients.
Apple/celery/carrot juice is great but not for Protein Type patients.
Going gluten free is always a big part of my program.
Stress reduction is a must, yes. But how can you guarantee it? I can offer my patients adrenal program that will help them not to get sick from stress because I can't take the stressors out of anyone's life...
I still stick to my theory of individual holistic approach and it worked for my Crohn's disease patients.
