Thanks for this great question.

I have a link to a great study that supports Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) effectiveness for Crohns disease symptoms. This is not conventionally accepted yet.

But many patients report to me that they improve greatly on LDN.

Please, remember that diet and lifestyle changes are still necessary here.

Low-dose naltrexone has been suggested as a treatment for multiple sclerosis, Crohn?s disease and fibromyalgia. However for many LDN is still seen as very controversial.
