Thank you very much for your question.

The fact that you have both fibromyalgia and Crohn's disease doesn't surprise me at all. Many of my clients have both of these problems. And you are right; the root of the problem is most likely the same. It could be something that has been causing the inflammatory response for years and years.

You should probably start with elimination diet. Should be gluten and soy free.

You could try natural anti-inflammatory products like Wobenzym N or Inflammatone.

Acupuncture and chiropractic help many, many patients with Crohn's and fibromyalgia.
