Thank you for asking this question.

It's not very realistic to avoid stress. And there are more types of stress than you may think.

Stress for your body can be weather change, environmental toxins, hormones in the water, aggravation at work, not exercising and many more.

Our digestive system reacts to stress in different ways.

While you cannot avoid stress in your life you can work with your adrenal system to give it enough support. In Functional medicine we pay a lot of attention to adrenal fatigue recovery, adrenal burnout and gut healing.
