And thank you for this question.

Many of my readers have very similar issues and would like to improve their health more naturally and holistically.

I always advocate more natural approach to healing.

You should always start with your healthy anti-inflammatory diet. Read more about it on anti-inflammatory page.

Always, get enough sleep. Right sleep hygiene is the key to good adrenal health.

Remember to get your water filtered. I know that many places have issues with public water. So make sure you use great filter for your drinking and even bathing water.

Make sure you eat enough greens and less processed, cooked food. Try adding lemon into your drinking water for better digestion.

Try to have some great exercise that you would also enjoy doing. I happen to believe that Yoga is so great for you.
