Hello Phyllis,

One of the things you can consider doing is getting a second opinion.

Another thing you can consider is asking any doctor to check if you are Magnesium deficient.

Many people have Magnesium deficiency and don't even know it. When you will get Magnesium supplement (it has to be in the right ratio with Calcium) your intestinal smooth muscles will be more relaxed and you will be able to have an easier time during colonoscopy and your doctor may have an easier time getting inside.

When you will take quality Vitamin C supplement and quality Magnesium Supplementwith great qualityProbiotics for about 3 to 4 weeks before colonoscopy you should not be having any more issues unless you have a serious bowel obstruction. But bowel obstruction can be seen on image tests.

And don't forget Digestive Enzymes. They will help you dissolve those difficult to digest proteins, carbs and fibers.
