Reply To Possible Crohns Disease Symptoms
by: Inna

Hello Steven and thank you for the question,

Your symptoms may possibly be the symptoms of Crohn's disease, especially the pain in the morning, even if it's relieved by urination. The only way to know for sure is to get checked by a gastroenterologist. You would need blood work done, possible some other tests.

The beautiful thing about your situation is that if you do have Crohn's disease it didn't flare up yet. That's where you can make sure it never becomes active Crohn's disease.

You would need to re-think your diet, your sleep patterns, your emotions and reactions (yes even that can be worked on). Your hormones may not be your best friends right now since you are 17 years old. Your hormones are probably jumping up and down. Please make sure your diet is full of good quality organic, fresh produce and some good oils like walnut oil, extra virgin olive oil and extra virgin coconut oil. This may help with hormone regulation.

Also make sure you are taking the right multivitamin like Metabolic Synergy and a good Omega Supplement . These would be great even if you don't have Crohn's disease.

I wish you great health! Let me know if you need more info.

Best, Inna

Thank you for your reply

Thank you very much for your quick reply. I haven't had any of the morning abdominal pain that I mentioned in quite some time. The last time I've experienced it was maybe about a month or so ago. The only reason i am doubting that I have Crohns disease is the lack of symptoms I am experiencing and the fact that I have been off of Accutane for about 3 years. I'm just skeptical that side effects could occur that far prior to being on that type of medication.
