But How Do You Make A GF Salad?

I hope you like this salad. Great healthy option for any healthy diet:
Broccolini salad with feta, raisins and pine nuts (serves 4)
1 pound broccolini florets cut into bit-sized pieces, stems chopped fine
5 tablespoonfuls extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons golden raisins
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
1.Toss broccolini with olive oil and salt in the medium sized serving bowl.
2.Lightly mix in golden raisins,pine nuts and feta. Serve cold.
This looks like a nice gluten free salad dish. What I would do is decrease the amount of raisins. This would lower the sugar content. Also, you can substitute broccolini for spinach. I like that very much!
Also, I would make sure that feta cheese is made from raw goat's milk. Raw goat's milk is less inflammatory.
You may want to try flax seed oil or cold pressed unrefined sunflower oil here instead of olive oil. Lots of my clients also love using coconut oil, walnut oil or grape seed oil.
I hope you like this gluten free recipe for a salad. It's really simple to be gluten free when it comes to salads. You don't need to worry much if you are making it yourself. You should start worrying only if you order the salad in the restaurant. I can't tell you how many time I said "no croutons" and I got the hidden somewhere. I'm not even going to start about gluten free salad dressing options in the restaurants...
