- Yogurt. Read ingredients. It should only be plain and unflavored. Some thickeners in the yogurt contain wheat.

Celiac disease foods list can be as long as you can want it to be. You just need to get a little open minded. Many of my clients first panic when they starting out.
"What am I going to eat if I can't it bread and pasta?" Well, you can eat bread and pasta. Just get gluten free versions of bread and pasta.

Great gluten free products have the least possible ingredients in them. Great and healthy gluten free foods have whole grains, little sugar content and these are hopefully unprocessed and uncured.
You should try to look for mostly unprocessed food. Even commercial gluten free products have their issues. Some were tested and showed up to be absolutely not gluten free.
Some were tested and turned out to have all the nutritional facts wrong. Trust yourself when you taste that cookie. If it tastes so sweet and it only specifies 4 grams of sugar per portion size of 3 cookies, you know there’s a problem.
