Many of us experience symptoms like abdominal pain, flatulence, lactose intolerance, weight loss, malnutrition, etc...Guess what? Those could all be Celiac disease symptoms. I urge many of my clients to get tested. Celiac disease is one of most undiagnosed conditions out there.

Symptoms Celiac disease include abdominal pain, flatulence, lactose intolerance, weight loss, anemia, vitamin and mineral deficiency, etc.

Patients with Celiac disease (or Coeliac disease) must follow gluten free diet.

Gluten free food is the most important treatment for Celiac. That is basically the only treatment for Celiac.

Gluten free food is like a medicine to Celiac patients. That’s why it’s important to choose the most appropriate gluten free products.

Don't just run out to the store and get yourself the first "Gluten Free" labeled box. Get Educated Here!

Celiac disease diet can include everything except for products containing gluten. Gluten is in the wheat, rye, kamut, barley, and to a lesser degree in oats. So avoiding those grains is the key.

When looking for your perfect meals with Celiac disease, you should look for gluten free grains like buckwheat, millet, quinoa, wild rice and brown rice. Some sources consider products containing amaranth to be gluten free products, but some don’t.

When looking for your celiac disease perfect foods, read the ingredients. A lot of products on the market are loaded with sugar, natural sweeteners as well as artificial ingredients.

Many people ask me: Once on a gluten free diet do you heal right away and start absorbing all the nutrients from food?

The answer is: It takes time to heal this inflammatory condition.

How do you know if your body gets all the vitamins it needs for good digestive health?

Did you know that many fruits and vegetables have much less vitamins in them now? What you need is to make sure you replenish with a great quality multivitamin supplement. Look into MultiVitamin that reduces sugar cravings.

Celiac disease foods list can be as long as you can want it to be. You just need to get a little open minded. Many of my clients first panic when they starting out.

"What am I going to eat if I can't it bread and pasta?" Well, you can eat bread and pasta. Just get gluten free versions of bread and pasta.

To find better prices on celaic disease foods you can go to larger supermarkets vs. smaller health food stores.

Celiac disease foods list:

Great gluten free products have the least possible ingredients in them. Great and healthy gluten free foods have whole grains, little sugar content and these are hopefully unprocessed and uncured.

You should try to look for mostly unprocessed food. Even commercial gluten free products have their issues. Some were tested and showed up to be absolutely not gluten free.

Some were tested and turned out to have all the nutritional facts wrong. Trust yourself when you taste that cookie. If it tastes so sweet and it only specifies 4 grams of sugar per portion size of 3 cookies, you know there’s a problem.

I would like for you to share your own Celiac foods list. What worked for you? Share it with those that will benefit from your information.

I wish you all the best!
